2020 Dry Riesling

The 2020 Dry Riesling is not your typical Riesling. Sourced from Bacchus Vineyard in the Columbia Valley AVA, it is fermented completely dry in stainless steel like a Sauvignon Blanc rather than most of the sweet Rieslings on the market. Loaded with melon and citrus fruit flavors, the crisp acidity and floral aromatics make this wine perfect for pairing with sushi, spicy dishes, or poultry. 100 cases produced.
